She started her career in the video game industry and joined Drago Entertainment as early as 2003, by familiarizing herself with the specific nature of the video game sector. However, the goal she set herself was not production itself but coordination in the broad sense of the word (international contacts, negotiations, trade transactions).
Pursuing her interests, in 2007 she completed a second degree international relations programme in Cracow, with a major in international trade. Next, after she had worked for a leading retail chain for a few years, where her responsibilities included, among other things, liaising with foreign business partners and handling broadly understood export and import activities, she decided to start her own business which eventually set her on a path back to the video game sector. She provided programming and graphics services, working closely with specialists in these areas.
In 2009 she acquired a shareholding in Drago sp. z o. o., where she, among other things, successfully managed commercial negotiations with business partners both at home and abroad as well as coordinating the work of game development teams.
She has been President of the Management Board of Drago sp. z o. o. since 2015.
