The following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the ways in which personal data of users of services provided by electronic means by the website www.drago-entertainment.com (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) are collected and processed as well as the rights to which users whose personal data are processed are entitled.
The controller of the personal data is DRAGO entertainment S.A., with registered offices at ul. Malborska 130, 30-624 Kraków, registered by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Economic Department of the National Court Registry, with the number KRS 148749 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller” or the “Company”). PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

All personal data are processed by the Controller in compliance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

The Controller does not intentionally collect personal data from children younger than the age of 13 without obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian. In cases of doubt, parents and guardians are asked to contact us at privacy@drago-entertainment.com.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Users’ personal data are processed by the Controller for the purposes of providing the services for which the user has expressed consent, e.g. for mailing out the Controller’s newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the “Newsletter”). User consent may be withdrawn at any time, entailing the simultaneous cessation of services provided on the basis of this consent.

CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

As part of the provision of services involved in sending the Newsletter, the following data categories are collected: e-mail address. Failure to supply an e-mail address or withdrawal of consent for processing this item of personal data will make it impossible for the Company to provide services on behalf of the user.

COOKIES

The Controller does not process information regarding users via cookies.

LOCATION OF STORED DATA

Data collected by the Controller are stored within the area of EEA on its own servers or secured on the servers of Trusted Partners as outlined further in this Policy. The Controller is responsible for the implementation of relevant technical and organisational means to secure personal data from unlawful processing, loss, destruction, and damage. The Controller shall ensure that the personal data are processed in a secure manner in compliance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Personal data are not shared with countries outside the EEA, unless outlined differently in the Policy.

DURATION OF STORAGE OF DATA

Users’ personal data are stored for as long as is necessary to meet the aims outlined in this Privacy Policy. In some situations, a longer retention period may be required by law.

If the processing of the user’s personal data ceases to be necessary to provide the services outlined above, the Controller is required to remove or anonymise these data. In particular:

a) data collected on the basis of user consent (Newsletter) are processed for the length of time for which consent was given, but not longer than is in accord with the purpose of processing, and subsequently for the length of time required for legal purposes or the settlement of claims

b) in the case of user contact with the Controller including correspondence, the data are processed for as is necessary to provide assistance, and subsequently for the length of time required for legal purposes or the settlement of claims

LIABILITY

The Controller is not liable for the use by other users or third parties of any personal data which has been made publicly available by the user on the www.drago-entertainment.com website.

TRUSTED PARTNERS (ENTITIES PROCESSING DATA)

Personal data may be shared with the Trusted Partners of the Controller, who assist in providing services for users (such as sending out the Newsletter). The Controller assures users that it only provides the minimum amount of essential information to its partners necessary for them to achieve the statutory aims of cooperation, on the basis of an agreement on the handling of personal data. Trusted Partners may have potential or real access to user data and process this data on behalf of the Controller. Personal data covered by this Privacy Policy is shared with the following Trusted partners, who may process this data on behalf of the Controller only for the purposes outlined below:

a) partners responsible for hosting and maintenance

b) partners who supply the Controller with tools for internal management and sharing of data

c) partners who provide data analysis services by providing analytical tools

d) partners who provide assistance in managing the Controller’s newsletter and in electronic communication by providing the relevant tools. We use mailchimp as our newsletter. USER’S RIGHTS

Pursuant to applicable law, persons whose personal data are processed are entitled to the following rights:

a) right to access the user’s personal data processed by the Controller

b) right to demand removal of the user’s personal data from the Controller’s database

c) right to demand rectification/correction of the user’s personal data in justified cases

d) right to demand restriction of processing of the user’s personal data

e) right to transfer the user’s personal data to another entity

f) right to lodge a complaint to the appropriate data protection body

This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, in particular if is necessary to reflect the current situation regarding changes in services provided by the Data Controller or in relevant legislation.
